‘Carihuela’
This apartment is located in the same building as our other accommodations with a Carihuela view.
Carihuela is an apartment with luxury decor. The apartment has been added to our portfolio since last year’s summer! The apartment has air-conditioning, a stylish bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with a newly installed kitchen containing appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer compartment. Further accessories such as a kettle, toaster and coffee machine are included as well. Additionally, there is a washing machine available for use as well as IPTV with Dutch channels and WiFi.
The bedroom has two fixed beds with 90x200cm matrasses. The second bedroom has two beds, as well. Furthermore, Carihuela has a sunny terrace with garden chairs and a sunscreen. There is a 24-hour reception desk and use of the underground parking garage or the parking space in front of the entrance is available as well. The price of electricity and water is included in the rental price. Lastly, tenants have access to the swimming pool and the children’s pool on the rooftop terrace.
